Professional code of conduct for lawyers dated 14/12/1996 (BAnz dated 08/03/1997) partially ineffective, BGBl 2000 I p. 54 as well as the specialist lawyers’ code (FAO) dated 01/09/2003. The relevant regulation for international legal relations is the “Code of Conduct for European Lawyers” (CCBE code of conduct).

For all lawyers, tax accountants and auditors, the country of registration is the Federal Republic of Germany.
